Urban Harbour is an independently owned sales and design agency specializing in custom sports apparel, headwear, and accessories.
We love working with retailers to bring their ideas to life through thoughtfully designed products. Whether it’s a best-selling tee, a cozy fleece, a great cap, or a full retail collection, our goal is to make the process easy, creative, and fun from start to finish.
We believe great merchandise should tell a story, connect with customers, and be something people actually want to wear. And lucky for us, we genuinely love what we do.

Meet the Team
ANNIE has spent her career in apparel, starting as a store manager on Martha’s Vineyard before becoming an independent sales rep. From there, she went on to manage both the Resort and Bookstore divisions at Hanes and Unrivaled Teamwear, giving her a deep understanding of all sides of a retail operation.
Her true passion has always been working directly with customers, helping them build assortments that feel unique, thoughtful, and true to their brand. That passion is what led her to start Urban Harbour. A company built around creativity, partnership, and bringing retail visions to life.
ERIN brings nearly twenty years of experience in the custom apparel and headwear industry. Over the years, she has managed many different sides of the business, from product and programs to customer communication and go-to-market support.
At Urban Harbour, Erin helps keep everything moving — from email blasts and social media to customer communication, account support, and working closely with Annie to make sure every project gets the attention it deserves.
